0.50 each Red bell pepper, chpd

Red onion slices
1.00 cup Walnuts, toasted, ground
Swiss cheese slices
1.00 each Rib celery, chpd
Garlic, opt
Avocado slices
0.50 cup Cooked brown rice OR orzo

Preparation

Yield: 1 Good guess
Saute onion celery, carrots and red bell pepper in 1t oil until soft.
Cover if desired. Garlic may be added if desired. Add nuts, crumbs,
and rice. Form into patties. Fry in 1t oil until golden. Place on bun
and assemble.
