Preparation

Heat oil in a soup pot & stir fry onion for 1 minute. Add vegetables,

salt, pepper & soy sauce. Fry together for 2 minutes. Add water &
|
bring to a boil. Simmer till the vegetables are tender. Add
|
watercress & serve.
