0.25 cup Apricot jam
2.00 each Bunches watercress; washed
0.33 cup Currants or raisins
1.00 each Avacado; peeled, seeded and
1.00 lb Smoked turkey; sliced
4.00 each Italian plum tomatoes; slice
4.00 each Whole pita bread rounds OR
Apricot Mayonnaise:
1.50 cup Mayonnaise
1.00 cup Walnuts; chopped, toasted
8.00 each Slices French baguette
1.50 teaspoon Curry powder

Preparation

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, jam, and curry powder. Whisk
until well blended. Cover and chill up to 2 days. If using pita
bread, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Warm pita about 5 minutes. Cut
rounds in half cross wise, forming pockets. Spread inside of pita or
baguette with Apricot Mayonnaise. Stuff or top with turkey,
watercress, tomatoes, avocado, walnuts, and currants. From Colorado
