Preparation

Recipe by: Joel Ehrlich Cook the broccoli in
boiling salted water until tender crisp. Drain thoroughly. Let stand
and cool to room temperature. Combine the remaining ingredients in a
large bowl. Add the broccoli and toss thoroughly just before serving.
