0.25 cup Tamari
0.25 teaspoon Oregano
0.25 teaspoon Thyme
According to package
1.00 cup Toasted sesame seeds
2.00 cup Rolled oats or bread crumbs
2.00 cup Fantastic Foods instant
0.50 cup Raw grated carrots
1.00 cup Cooked rice
0.50 cup Stock or water, if needed
Refried Beans, prepared
2.00 tablespoon Nutritional yeast

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
Freeze, then take out and fry or bake. Mustard can be added for a
different taste.

Makes 10-12 burgers.
