Casing and chopped
2.00 teaspoon Dried thyme
2.00 teaspoon Paprika
1.00 lb Lean Chorizo removed from
1.00 teaspoon Pepper
0.67 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1.00 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
2.00 each Egg's lightly beaten
1.00 tablespoon Salt
1.00 teaspoon Ground allspice
0.50 cup Beef broth
1.00 teaspoon Crushed dried oregano

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions. Mix well with other
ingredients. Shape into loaf and bake in a large pan for 1 1/2 hours.
If oven runs hot shape a foil tent over meatloaf to keep it from
drying out.
