0.50 cup Cider vinegar
0.50 cup Safflower oil
1.00 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1.00 cup Broccoli tops
1.00 dash Garlic powder
1.00 cup Chopped tomatoes
1.00 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1.00 cup Sliced zucchini

Preparation

For the marinade, combine oil, vinegar, honey, italian seasoning,
garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender jar. Process until
smooth. Pour into saucepan and heat to boiling. Set off heat, and
allow to cool. Mix vegetables and cover with marinade. Refrigerate
overnight.
