3.00 each Cloves garlic, minced
2.50 lb Beef brisket, 1" cubes
2.00 tablespoon Diced green chilies
2.50 tablespoon Ground cumin
1.00 pinch Oregano
1.00 each Large onion, chopped finely
2.00 tablespoon Wesson oil
8.00 oz Tomato sauce
1.00 lb Lean pork, ground
0.13 teaspoon Dry mustard
1.00 each Beef bouillon cube
12.00 oz Budweiser beer
4.00 tablespoon Chili powder (or 6 T if desi
1.25 cup Water

Preparation

In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the beef, pork and onions in
hot Wesson oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining
ingredients. Stir well.
Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and chili is
thick and bubbly. Stir occasionally. Serves 4
