Preparation

Heat oil over medium heat in deep cooking pot. Add chopped onions,
and cook until transparent. Add chicken and cook half way done. Add
spices. Stir in 8 cups water, add tomato paste and rice. Allow to
come to a boil. Cove and reduce heat. Let cook until rice is tender.
