Preparation

Remove the core from each apple leaving a bottom in each apple. Make a
|
mixture of the brown sugar and butter. Fill each apple with the
|
mixture. Pre-heat oven to 325oF. Bake apples on a rimmed cookie sheet
|
for 45-60 minutes or until apples are done. Sprinkle each apple with
|
cinnamon and serve. For microwave, cook for 5-10 minutes. From: Syd's
